Video Devices definition

Video Devices means physical devices embodying one or more audiovisual recordings, in any and all formats and/or configurations now known or hereafter invented, including, without limitation, videocassettes, videodiscs, DVD, Blu-Ray, UMD and CD-ROM, designed to be used with a playback device which causes a visual image (whether or not synchronized with sound) to be seen on the screen of a television receiver, personal computer, portable video player, hand-held device or other comparable video playback device now known or hereafter invented.
Video Devices means the video devices being returned to USHE pursuant to the stipulated order entered by this Court on November 30, 2015 [Dkt. No. 161].
Video Devices means DVDs, Blu-ray discs or other formats and/or configurations of physical home entertainment devices which are designed to be used with a playback device which causes a visual image (whether or not synchronized with sound) to be seen on the screen of a television receiver, personal computer, portable video player, hand-held device or other comparable video playback device, in a private, non-commercial setting.

  • Subject to timely and complete Delivery (and LGFs acceptance) of the Picture, LGF shall cause a trailer of the Picture to appear on Video Devices of other motion pictures) distributed by LGF, the number and selection of which shall be determined by LGF in its sole discretion.

  • Royalties shall accrue on all Video Devices sold by GoodTimes' Point of Sale customers at the time of actual sell through; Royalties shall accrue on all Video Devices shipped to GoodTimes' non Point of Sale customers at the time of shipment; GoodTimes may take a reserve for returns not to exceed fifteen (15%) percent for Point of Sale customers and thirty five (35%) percent for Non Point of Sale Customers, which reserve shall be reconciled and liquidated in six (6) months.

  • All licenses shall be and remain in full force and effect, and shall permit the reproduction and distribution of each such musical composition on Video Devices throughout the Licensed Area during the Term.

  • Any proposed exploitation by Licensee in Video on Demand, Consumer Video Devices and other forms of new media rights, such as interactive rights, must be approved by Licensor and, if approved, all revenues received by Licensee from such exploitation will be shared equally by Licensor and Licensee.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Madacy shall have an additional one (1) year period, commencing immediately after the expiration of the Term or any extensions thereof or earlier termination of this Agreement (hereinafter "Sell Off"), to sell-off or otherwise market, distribute or dispose of any Video Devices which it may then have in its possession or which may be returned to it by its distributors, dealers or customers.

Video Devices means copies of the Films in all videocassette formats, including without limitation eight millimeter, Beta, VHS, VHS/C and super VHS, and compact discs and videodiscs or any other analogous medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, designed to be used with a reproduction device which causes a visual image (whether or not synchronized with sound) to be seen on the screen of a television receiver or computer or any comparable device now known or hereafter devised for use in the home.
Video Devices means copies of the Property in linear or non-linear form on all types of video cassettes, video discs, other digital storage media capable of storing and reproducing audio-visual works or on any other medium, whether now known or hereafter devised.

  • Orthotic device means a custom-fitted or custom-fabricated medical device that is applied to a part of the human body to correct a deformity, improve function, or relieve symptoms of a disease.
