VHA Health Care Program definition

VHA Health Care Program means a health care program under chapter 17 or 18 of Title 38 U.S.C., as determined by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, in coordination with the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of the Treasury, as defined in regulations implementing 26 U.S.C. § 5000A.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
