Examples of VFCC Agent in a sentence

  • In performing its functions and duties hereunder, the VFCC Agent shall act solely as agent for VFCC and does not assume nor shall be deemed to have assumed any obligation or relationship of trust or agency with or for the Seller or any of its successors or assigns.

  • The VFCC Agent shall not be deemed to have knowledge of any Unmatured Termination Event, Termination Event or Servicer Default unless the VFCC Agent has received notice from the Seller or a Secured Party.
