Vesting Dates definition

Vesting Dates means, as determined by the Board or by the Committee, the date as of which the Optionee shall be entitled to exercise the Options or part of the Options, as set forth in section 11 of the ISOP.

Vesting Dates means the dates set forth in the vesting schedule in Section B.2 of this Agreement.

• Vesting Dates: means the dates as determined by the Minister in accordance with the Amended Act.

• If a series of Vesting Dates is specified, then the restrictions and conditions in Paragraph 1 shall lapse only with respect to the number of Restricted Stock Units specified as vested on such date.
