Vested Stock definition

Vested Stock means shares of Common Stock covered by the Performance RSU Award which are issued in Grantee's name or otherwise issued for the benefit of Grantee.
Vested Stock means shares of Common Stock covered by the Restricted Stock Units granted pursuant to this Agreement which at the time in question become Vested Stock pursuant to the terms of this Agreement which Grantee is entitled to receive and which are registered in Grantee's name or otherwise issued for the benefit of Grantee.
Vested Stock and "Unvested Stock" set forth in Section 1 of the Management Agreement are hereby deleted in their entirety.

Examples of Vested Stock in a sentence

  • Vested Stock Units may be settled in a lump sum or in installments.

More Definitions of Vested Stock

Vested Stock means "Vested Stock" as defined in the Award Agreement.
Vested Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).
Vested Stock means: (i) all shares of Restricted Stock, Unit Stock, Bonus Stock and Option Stock which at the time in question have been freed of the restrictions imposed pursuant to the Plan; and (ii) all shares of Unit Stock, Bonus Stock and Option Stock which shall have been issued free of restrictions pursuant to the Plan.

Vested Stock means those shares of Restricted Stock that have vested to Participant or Participant's estate pursuant to this Agreement. Other terms used in this Agreement are defined in the context in which they occur and shall have the meanings there indicated.
Vested Stock has the meaning ascribed to it in each of the Manager Agreements.
Vested Stock means shares of Common Stock covered by the Performance RSU Award which are issued in Participant’s name or otherwise issued for the benefit of Participant.
