Vested Percentage Interest definition

Vested Percentage Interest means, with respect to any Partner, the quotient obtained by dividing the number of Vested Units then owned by such Partner by the number of Vested Units then owned by all Partners.
Vested Percentage Interest means, with respect to any Member, the quotient obtained by dividing the number of Vested Units then owned by such Member by the number of Vested Units then owned by all Members.
