Vested Option definition

Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.
Vested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have been satisfied and the Option Grantee has become eligible to exercise the Option.
Vested Option means any Option, or portion thereof, which is exercisable by the Holder. Vested Options remain exercisable only for that period of time as provided for under this Plan and any applicable Option Award Agreement. Once a Vested Option is no longer exercisable after otherwise having been exercisable, the Option shall become null and void.

More Definitions of Vested Option

Vested Option means an In-the-Money Option that is vested as of immediately prior to the Effective Time (but after giving effect to any acceleration of vesting of such Company Option triggered by the transactions contemplated by this Agreement).
Vested Option shall refer to the portion of the Option that is vested at such time.
Vested Option means any Option that has already become vested and exercisable according to its Vesting Date or otherwise (e.g. acceleration upon certain events).
Vested Option means an Option, which has vested in pursuance to the Scheme and has thereby become exercisable.
Vested Option as used herein, shall mean the portion of the Option on and following the time that the vesting condition set forth in Section 5(a) or 5(b) hereof has been satisfied as to such portion. The portion of the Option which has not become the Vested Option is hereinafter referred to as the “Unvested Option.”
Vested Option means all options to acquire shares of Common Stock which are vested (if applicable) and exercisable (or will become exercisable as a result of the Transactions (whether pursuant to the terms of such options or at the election of the Company’s board of directors)) as of immediately prior to the Effective Time (prior to any cancellation in accordance with Section 3.1(c)).
Vested Option means, on any date, that part of an Option that has vested in accordance with these Rules and the Vesting Schedule.
