Vertical Improvements definition

Vertical Improvements means permits have been issued and construction has commenced on vertical Project improvements which include buildings, walls, swimming pools, etc.

Vertical Improvements means buildings, structures, and other works of improvement (including, as applicable, landscaping) to be constructed on the Property, as described in the Final Construction Documents.

Vertical Improvements means the improvements to be constructed under Vertical DDAs by Vertical Developers.

More Definitions of Vertical Improvements

Vertical Improvements means an Improvement to be developed under the DDA that is not Infrastructure, Stormwater Management Controls or Improvements required to be Completed by Developer for the Open Space Lots.
