Verification Level means one of four emission reduction classifications that apply to the performance capability of retrofit emission control systems as described in Title 13, California Code of Regulations, Section 2782(f), Table 1, as set forth in Table 1:

Examples of Verification Level in a sentence

  • Written Third Party Verification (Level 4): An original or authentic document generated by a third party source dated either within the 60-day period preceding the reexamination or PHA request date.

Related to Verification Level

  • Action level means a rate of emissions of a hazardous air contaminant as specified in Appendix C or as may be determined under Section 5-261(3) of these regulations. Action Levels are used to determine the applicability of Section 5-261 to stationary sources and shall be derived in accordance with the method prescribed in Appendix E of these regulations.

  • Sound level means the A-weighted Sound Pressure Level;

  • Minimum Credit Enhancement Test With respect to any Payment Date, a test that will be satisfied if the Subordinate Percentage is greater than or equal to 6.00%.
