Verde Village Property definition

Verde Village Property means the real property to be owned by AFSG after the herein described real property exchange is consummated. This includes the real property owned by AFSG prior to the date of this Agreement (but not including the “Xxxxxxxx Property” to be exchanged), coupled with the access portion of the City’s Dog Park Property (“City Property”) to be exchanged for the “Xxxxxxxx Property” pursuant to this Agreement, as more fully described in the Record of this proceeding.
Verde Village Property means the real property to be owned by AFSG after the herein described real property exchange is consummated. This includes the real property owned by AFSG prior to the date of this Agreement (but not including the “Williams Property” to be exchanged), coupled with the access portion of the City’s Dog Park Property (“City Property”) to be exchanged for the “Williams Property” pursuant to this Agreement, as more fully described in the Record of this proceeding.

  • Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Cemetery means 1 or a combination of more than 1 of the following:

  • Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 2 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.
