Venture Partner definition

Venture Partner means an individual not employed by or under the supervision and control of OrbiMed who is retained by OrbiMed as a consultant primarily to assist OrbiMed in finding investment opportunities. Such a consultant may also be known as an “Entrepreneur-in-Residence”.
Venture Partner means an individual not employed by or under the supervision and control of OrbiMed who assists OrbiMed in finding investment opportunities and is paid a consulting fee. From time to time, the Venture Partners may receive non-public information regarding an investment that OrbiMed is considering making or has made on behalf of a client.
Venture Partner means any person or party with whom Tenant has made an agreement to collaborate jointly in a business undertaking. The provisions of this subsection 17.7 relating to space sharing with any Venture Partner shall not be deemed at any time to relieve Tenant of its obligations under the Lease with respect to any portion of the Leased Premises which is the subject of a space sharing arrangement with any Venture Partner.
