Venture Capitalists definition

Venture Capitalists means Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and those venture capital firms that have acquired, prior to the date hereof, and may acquire, at any time hereafter, securities of the Company and in connection with such acquisition have obtained or may obtain registration rights.
Venture Capitalists shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
