Vendor System. Recital C.
Vendor System means the medical information system that a Vendor has authorised Licensee to utilise. Licensee’s System includes any Vendor System.
Vendor System means Vendor's prescription writing system, and other software, hardware and other services and technologies reasonably necessary in order to provide the services contemplated hereunder.

More Definitions of Vendor System

Vendor System means any computer network, desktop computer, computer application, server, equipment, Storage Media or software controlled by Vendor or a third-party on behalf of Vendor.
Vendor System means the proprietary system developed by Vendor to facilitate prescriber connectivity at the point-of-care, consisting of software, information and materials designed and developed by Vendor to provide physicians and their staff with ESI Patient data through interface with the ESI System and facilitate prescription transactions by Eligible Prescribers for ESI Patients. The functionalities and services of the Vendor System to be provided by Vendor pursuant to this Agreement are described on Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Vendor System means the technology, including the website at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx (“Site”) and the services and other items provided through the Site under this Agreement, including (1) the DNAnexus genomic information management and analysis services, software, reports and documentation provided via login, (2) the DNAnexus application programming interface (“API”) and software development kit (“SDK”) and (3) the DNAnexus App Library (“Library”) and any software or services that may be provided by DNAnexus or third parties through the Library (“Add-ons”); hardware, software, and networks used by Vendor to deliver the Vendor Service to Xxxxxx in accordance with this Agreement.
Vendor System means the computer system(s) and networks operating at the Vendor Service Center through which Customer inputs Customer Data and exchanges information to facilitate delivery of the Services. Wachovia has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02(c). SCHEDULE 3.01 - SERVICES
Vendor System means Vendor’s INVESTMENT SYSTEM solution together with the Services and the Vendor IT Infrastructure, as further set forth in Section 2 (including the Vendor Portal and the Internal Portal) which employs secure access functionality as Configured and Implemented and modified pursuant to the terms hereof, and including all Updates and other updates and modifications to any of the foregoing.
Vendor System means the proprietary technology platform operated by NESTICT INFOTECH in Kenya providing the VENDOR Services;

Related to Vendor System

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Major system means the primary structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, or occupant service components of a building which include but are not limited to, weatherization, roofing, plumbing (including wells), heating, electricity, sanitary plumbing (including septic systems), lead paint abatement or load bearing structural systems.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • 911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that can measure energy consumption, providing more information than a conventional meter, and can transmit and receive data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Power System means all aspects of generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity and includes one or more of the following, namely:-

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Computer System means a computer and all input, output, processing, storage, off-line media libraries, and communication facilities which are connected to the computer and which are under the control and supervision of the operating system(s) or application(s) software used by the ASSURED.
