Vendor Software definition

Vendor Software is used with respect to Manager, it means only the Software, and not the software used only by Sprint PCS).
Vendor Software has the meaning set forth in section 1.3.4(b) of the Management Agreement.
Vendor Software means software, including APIs, and all associated written and electronic documentation and data AT&T furnishes to Customer, other than AT&T Software.

More Definitions of Vendor Software

Vendor Software means, collectively, the Vendor Proprietary Software and the Vendor Third Party Software as set forth in Attachment I and/or Attachment J.
