Vendor Program means one or more software product(s) owned, distributed, or provided by a third party to eClinicalWorks (including any program documentation and any program updates acquired through technical support) and provided by the Vendor to eClinicalWorks (and subject to one or more agreements between the Vendor and eClinicalWorks) to be embedded in or made part of the Software for use by the Customer.
