Vendor Policies definition

Vendor Policies has the meaning set out in Section 2.1(28)(a).
Vendor Policies or “VP” refers to each, every and all written notifications sent to the Vendor now and again by Leasetech outlining the policies or procedures which need to be followed by the Vendor in connection to any part of the relationship that has been drawn up between the parties, including any funders, either directly or with the use of third parties who provide services. To avoid any doubt, the Vendor accepts that Leasetech can in its absolute discretion modify any policies or procedures by giving no less than 30 days’ written notice, and that any modification will be applicable to all Proposals which result in Leasetech’s funders entering into a Finance Agreement following the date when it has been stated the variation will take effect. The current version of the VP can be requested from Leasetech. Key vendor policies in relation to hosted and mobile systems are shown in appendix 1.

  • EXHIBIT C DPI SPECIALTY FOODS VENDOR POLICIES DPI may modify these Vendor Policies, in its sole discretion, upon fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice.

Vendor Policies means, collectively, any and all of the insurance policies through which coverage is or has been provided by or to a Vendor, the Company, the Subsidiaries, any predecessor to any of the foregoing or any of their respective Affiliates, including, without limitation:

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • R&W Insurance Policy means the representations and warranties insurance policy issued to Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.14(e).

  • FHA Insurance The contractual obligation of FHA respecting the insurance of an FHA Loan pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended.

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);
