Vendor Performance Management definition

Vendor Performance Management means the Region’s program which involves the evaluation of Vendor performance by employees of the Region, the maintenance of the records relating to such evaluation, and the use of such records to determine a Vendor’s eligibility to participate in future procurements and to evaluate a Vendor’s eligibility for Award.
