Vendor Parties definition

Vendor Parties means the Merger Sub, the Vendor, Amano and the Ethos Parties.

Vendor Parties has the meaning specified in the preamble.

Vendor Parties means the Vendor, its directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors (at any tier), and each of such subcontractors officers, directors, agents, employees, together or separately, and “Claims” shall mean claims, demands, suits or causes of action.

• None of the Vendor Parties will be eligible for any benefits from ASU, including worker’s compensation coverage, nor will ASU make deductions from any amounts payable to Vendor for taxes.

• Neither Vendor nor any of Vendor’s owners, officers, directors, managers, members, employees, agents, contractors, or subcontractors (collectively, with Vendor, the Vendor Parties), will be employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of ASU.

Vendor Parties means Vendor employees, subcontractors, and agents.
