Vendor Note definition

Vendor Note means, collectively, (a) the promissory note dated July 1, 1997 of Textiles Arco Iris, SA. De CV, as amended, payable to Tultex in the amount of $198,000 as of April 3, 1999, and (b) the contract obligations due from Overseas Manufacturing Systems of America, Inc. and related parties under the agreement dated October 11, 1995, as amended on July 1, 1997, payable to Tultex in the amount of $4,354,000 as of April 3, 1999.
Vendor Note means the vendor note(s) in the approximate aggregated amount of SEK 850,000,000 issued by the Issuer to the Vendors on or about the First Issue Date for the purpose of financing the acquisition of the Target.
Vendor Note means the EUR 10,000,000 subordinated loan agreement entered into by Accentseven Holding Limited as lender and the Issuer as borrower on 31 January 2013.

More Definitions of Vendor Note

Vendor Note means the limited recourse loan or promissory note issued by the Vendor Note Issuer to the Vendor Note Lender on the Closing Date in a principal amount not exceeding the Vendor Note Amount, which is subordinated to the Secured Obligations pursuant to the terms of the Vendor Note Subordination Deed.
Vendor Note shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Pooling Agreement.
