Vendor Group definition

Vendor Group means, collectively, Vendor and all of Vendor’s subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, agents, assignees, and their employees involved in the Work under the Contract.
Vendor Group means any and all companies in relation to which either of the Vendors exercises Control (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company);
Vendor Group means, in respect of each Vendor, the Vendor and any shareholder, associate or affiliate of such Vendor, any shareholder of a corporate shareholder of a Vendor, or any beneficiary of a trust that is a shareholder of a corporate shareholder of a Vendor, including any family member of a shareholder of such Vendor or any company, trust or other entity owned by or maintained for the benefit of any such person and "Vendor Groups" means, collectively, the Vendors and the members of each Vendor's Vendor Group; and

  • Vendor reserves the right to assign the invoicing and/or the collection of payments to other entities in the Vendor Group of Companies.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Vendor may assign this Agreement and any Order Documents or Work Orders to a member of the Vendor Group of Companies under any conditions or to an unrelated company pursuant to the sale, merger or other consolidation of Vendor or any of its operating divisions.


More Definitions of Vendor Group

Vendor Group means the Supplier or VENDOR, its sub-contractors, its and their AFFILIATES, its and their respective directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel), but shall not include any member of the PURCHASER GROUP.
Vendor Group means Vendor Inc. and its Affiliates.
Vendor Group shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble hereof.
Vendor Group means each and any subsidiary or holding company of the Vendor and each and any subsidiary company of a holding company of the Vendor. ‘Vendor Personnel’ means all or any of: (i) directors, officers, employees and/or agents of Vendor or of any member of the Vendor Group; (ii) the directors, officers, employees and/or agents of any of Vendor (or Vendor Group’s) sub-contractors; and (iii) any other individuals engaged by or on behalf of Vendor or any of its sub- contractors in the performance of any part of Vendor’.
Vendor Group means Vendor, its Affiliates, its parent, subsidiary companies, its and their respective non-operators and subcontractors of every type and tier, and any clients (other than Buyer) to whom Vendor provides Goods, together with its and all of their respective invitees, shareholders, members, managers, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns, representatives, consultants and insurers, excluding any member of Buyer Group.
Vendor Group means the Vendor and its Affiliates from time to time but excluding the Target Group and the Purchaser Group;
Vendor Group means the UAPL, the holding company from time to time of UAPL and any subsidiary or associated company from time to time of UAPL or such holding company (but excluding the FYPL Group)
