Vehicular use area definition

Vehicular use area means all areas used for parking spaces, driveways, interior roadways and travel lanes, loading areas, fleet vehicle storage areas, and all other areas used and/or accessible for vehicular circulation to include areas blocked by removal bollards or similar device.
Vehicular use area means any area of a lot, not located within any enclosed or partially enclosed structure, devot- ed to motor vehicle usage, including parking areas, loading areas, service areas, access drives and driveways, and the storage of vehicles, where permitted.

Vehicular use area means any paved ground surface area, except public rights of way, used by any type of vehicle, whether moving or at rest, for the following purposes, among other possible purposes: driving, parking, loading, unloading, storage or display. Such areas include, but are not limited to, new and used car lots, activities of a drive-in nature in connection with banks, restaurants, filling stations and grocery and dairy stores and other open lot uses, except areas used for parking or other vehicular uses under, on, or within buildings.
