Varo Bank Account definition

Varo Bank Account means the existing demand deposit account you have opened with Varo Bank. A Varo Bank Account is required to open a Believe Account.

Varo Bank Account means your existing demand deposit account with Varo Bank. By acknowledging this Agreement and/or accepting an advance of funds (a “Varo Advance” or an “Advance”) for deposit to your Varo Bank Account from us, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

Varo Bank Account means your existing demand deposit account with Varo Bank. A Varo Bank Account is required to open a Varo Advance Account. See the Varo Bank Account Agreement & Disclosures for more details. Advances requested from the Varo Advance product are deposited into the Varo Bank Account. Examples of Varo Bank Account in a sentence

  • The fee will be withdrawn from your Varo Bank Account and will be assessed as long as there is a remaining balance in your Varo Bank Account, except where prohibited by law.

  • When we say “you” or “your” we mean the owner of the Varo Bank Account.

  • Once your Check Image has been credited to Varo Bank Account you must mark the original check as “VOID” and retain the check for sixty (60) days.

  • If legal action such as a garnishment, levy or other state or federal legal process ("Legal Process") is brought against the Varo Bank Account, we may refuse to permit (or may limit) withdrawals or transfers from the Varo Bank Account until the Legal Process is satisfied or dismissed.

Related to Varo Bank Account

  • Purchase Price Bank Account means a bank account in the United States to be designated by the Sellers in a written notice to the Purchaser at least five Business Days before the Closing.

  • Bank Accounts means those account(s) opened and maintained for the Trust by the Trustee at Banks, the beneficial ownerships in which shall vest in the Unit Holder(s).

  • Account Number means the identification number given by the U.S. EPA to each NOx allowance tracking system account.

  • Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.
