VARIATIONS FROM. GENERAL PROVISIONS” There are no variations from the General Provisions. In this situation the Provider has a right to demand remuneration for work performed up until the date the termination takes effect. The Provider shall not be entitled to payment for lost earnings for the terminated Project or other projects related to the terminated Project or for any other indirect loss.
