This Framework Agreement is subject to the provisions described in the Sections and Schedules listed below, and any Variation(s).
Variations of wage scales and benefits shall not by themselves be regarded as more favorable treatment if the aggregate of the total labor cost in wages and benefits and conditions is not less than the labor cost as provided by this contract.
Variations in the administration, processes or benefits of this Certificate that are based on clinically indicated, reasonable medical management practices, or are part of permitted wellness incentives, disincentives and/or other programs do not constitute discrimination.
Variations to the following may impact the Service Package’s cost and/or schedule, justifying a Change Order.
