Variation Form definition

Variation Form means the form that will be completed and signed by the Parties to effect a Variation which shall be in the form set out in Framework Schedule 19 (Variation Form);
Variation Form means the form set out in Call Off Schedule 12 (Variation Form);
Variation Form means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 5 under which the Principal has directed a Variation in accordance with Clause 27.

Examples of Variation Form in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall respond to a request for a Variation within the time limits specified in the Variation Form.

  • A Party may request a Variation by completing, signing and sending the Variation Form to the other Party giving sufficient information for the receiving Party to assess the extent of the proposed Variation and any additional cost that may be incurred.

  • The Parties may agree to adjust the time limits specified in the Variation Form to allow for the preparation of the Impact Assessment.

  • If the Parties agree on the details in the Variation Form, the Principal will sign and issue the Variation Form and the Contractor will be entitled to be paid the agreed amount set out in the Variation Form once the Variation has been performed.

  • Subject to 22.1.4, the receiving Party shall respond to the request within the time limits specified in the Variation Form.
