Variation Adjustment definition

Variation Adjustment means, in relation to transactions of the HKFE, the amount payable by (to) the Clearing House to (from) the Company on behalf of the Customer, calculated on a daily basis in accordance with the rules on variation adjustment of the Clearing Rules of the HKCC.
Variation Adjustment means the amount payable to the Broker by the Client, calculated at least once daily based on the market price at the end of each day or at other interval as directed by the HKFE from time to time in respect of each open Futures/Options Contract in the Account 「保證金追交通知」 經紀要求客戶以保證金形式存入額外現金或非現金抵押品使致有關帳戶能增至最低維持保證金水平。當有關帳戶低於經紀不時要求的維持保證金時,經紀會發出保證金追交通知。
