Variation definition

Variation means a change which is instructed by the Engineer/Employer under Sub-Clause 10.1.
Variation means any change to the Works, which is instructed or approved as a variation under Clause 13 [Variations and Adjustments].
Variation has the meaning given to it in clause F3.1 (Variation).
