Variable Energy Payment definition

Variable Energy Payment means the payment to be made by Buyer to Seller pursuant to Section 5.3 and as specified in Exhibit F.
Variable Energy Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.1.

Examples of Variable Energy Payment in a sentence

  • On or before the tenth (10th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a proper invoice showing Seller’s computation of the Variable Energy Payment, MAAF and the Capacity Payment for such month.
