Variable Charges definition

Variable Charges means any charge that varies in respect of each billing period and which is determined by reference to the nature and/or extent of your use of a particular part of the Services, including call charges;
Variable Charges means the Capacity Charge, the VUC Default Charge and the Variable Usage Charge;

Examples of Variable Charges in a sentence

  • ACS shall not submit invoices: (a) for Fixed Charges, prior to the first day of the month in which the invoiced Services will be provided; and (b) for Variable Charges, prior to the last day of the month in which the invoiced Services were provided.

  • Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Section 6.4, Symetra may withhold payment of any ACS invoice (or part thereof) for Variable Charges that it in good faith disputes as due or owing, but absent any termination of this Agreement, shall not be entitled to withhold any payments due and owing for Fixed Charges.

  • Variable Charges include graduated charges and processor-based charges.

  • For clarity, Amazon will not be responsible for any Variable Charges with respect to Aircraft returning to the ramp before take-off caused by act or omission of the relevant Carrier, including mechanical problems or technical failure of the Aircraft or any failure to meet the Compliance Requirements and all other costs such as Aircraft handling charges arising from such circumstances will be borne by the Carrier.

  • The failure of Symetra to pay a disputed invoice for Variable Charges, or to pay the disputed part of an invoice for Variable Charges, shall not constitute a breach or default by Symetra, so long as Symetra complies with the provisions of this Section 6.4. Any dispute relating to amounts owed by a Party hereunder shall be considered a Problem and resolved pursuant to Article 17.


More Definitions of Variable Charges

Variable Charges means the Variable Track Usage Charge and, where the context admits, the Traction Electricity Charge as such terms are defined in Schedule 7;
Variable Charges has the meaning given in Clause 4.2.1.
Variable Charges means the charges of that name established in accordance with the Framework Agreement, including the Cost of Gas, the Balancing Fee, Administration Fee and the LDZ & NTS Commodity Charge.
Variable Charges means usage Charges for the Services, as more particularly described in the relevant Purchase Order.
