Vapour Products definition

Vapour Products means potential reduced risk, rechargeable, battery-powered devices that heat liquid formulations – e-liquids – to create a vapour which is inhaled, and which are sold under the tradename of Vype/Vuse.
Vapour Products means an electronic cigarette, an e-substance, or any component of an electronic cigarette and includes the package in which the electronic cigarette, e- substance or component is sold; (By-law No. 2021-028)
Vapour Products means a solid, liquid or gas that, on being heated, produces a vapour for use in an e-cigarette, regardless of whether the solid, liquid, or gas contains nicotine.
