More Definitions of Value Added Features

Value Added Features. The fees set forth herein at paragraph 11 are intended to compensate IV for the services and Features described herein, predicated on the assumption that IV's obligations can be satisfied through the services of nine dedicated employees performing fulltime services for the Websites (together with such subcontractors and third party vendors that IV may engage), and recognizing, however, that the Internet is an ever changing and evolving medium and that over time, the Features and functionality of the Websites may alter from those described herein and that alteration of the Features and functionality, including without limitation, substitution of new Features, incorporation of evolving technology and implementation of new applications will not entitle IV to any increase in those fees. Value Added Features means any of the Mobile Services value added features as specified in your Application. Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application Voice Services Related Equipment means equipment that is not Equipment, Other Equipment or Data & Internet Services Related Equipment, which is provided to You by Us or Our Supplier for Use in connection with the provision of Voice Services as specified in Part A. Related to Value Added Features

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • CLASS Features means certain CCIS-based features available to Customers, including: Automatic Call Back; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Water feature means a design element where open water performs an aesthetic or recreational function. Water features include ponds, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, artificial streams, spas, and swimming pools (where water is artificially supplied). The surface area of water features is included in the high water use hydrozone of the landscape area. Constructed wetlands used for on-site wastewater treatment, habitat protection, or storm water best management practices that are not irrigated and used solely for water treatment or storm water retention are not water features and, therefore, are not subject to the water budget calculation.

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority-approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.

  • DNS means the Internet domain name system.

  • Lost or missing licensed material means licensed material whose location is unknown. This definition includes licensed material that has been shipped but has not reached its planned destination and whose location cannot be readily traced in the transportation system.

  • Illegal use of drugs means the use of drugs, the possession or distribution of which is unlawful. Such term does not include the use of a drug taken under the supervision by a licensed health care professional.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.
