Valuation Service definition

Valuation Service. Means the Valuation and the Valuation Report to be completed by the Valuer on the instructions of the Client and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Valuation Service means the current edition of the Marshall Valuation Service, the Marshall & Swift Residential Cost Handbook or other valuation service as determined by the Building Official.

Related to Valuation Service
