Valuation Percentage definition

Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.

Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Credit Support, the percentage specified in Paragraph 11(b)(ii).

Examples of Valuation Percentage in a sentence

• For the purposes of Paragraph 6, Value shall have the meaning set out in Paragraph 10 of the Annex save that any reference to “...multiplied by the applicable Valuation Percentage, if any ...” shall be deleted from the definition.

• For this purpose, the Valuation Percentage for any item of the Credit Support Balance shall be 100%.

Valuation Percentage. For each Servicing Agreement, the valuation percentage for such Servicing Agreement as set forth in Schedule V hereto.
