Valuation of Securities definition

Valuation of Securities means the publication of the Securities Valuation Office of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).

  • Redeemable Interests means any Partnership Interests for which a redemption notice has been given, and has not been withdrawn, pursuant to Section 4.10.
