Valuation Dispute Notice definition

Valuation Dispute Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 1(e).

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the timetable set out in paragraph 164 of Call Off Schedule 11 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

  • Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).
