Valuation CP definition

Valuation CP means, in respect of a security, the average of the Closing Prices of a security occurring on December 05, 2028, January 05, 2029, and February 05, 2029 (or, if a Closing Price is unavailable on any such date, on the following day on which a Closing Price is available).
