Examples of Valuable papers and records in a sentence
Unless otherwise provided, Valuable Papers and Records Insurance shall provide coverage on an “individual occurrence” basis with limits in the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) when the insured items are in the Consultant’s possession, and in the amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) regardless of the physical location of the insured items.
Consultant shall maintain the following insurance at levels Consultant determines: Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance, Valuable Papers and Records Coverage and Electronic Data Processing (Data and Media) Coverage, and Aircraft Use.

Unless waived by District in writing in advance of the Services and Products to be provided hereunder, Architect shall provide, at its sole cost and expense, Practice Professional Liability Insurance with per occurrence and annual aggregate policy limits based upon the following chart: Contract Sum Minimum Liability Coverage $10,000,000 and over $2,000,000 $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 $1,000,000 $250,000- $5,000,000 $ 500,000 Under $250,000 Not Required Valuable Papers and Records Coverage.
Valuable Papers and Records Written, printed or otherwise inscribed documents and records including books of account, drawings, maps, card index systems or other records, including film, tape, disc, drum, cell or other magnetic recording or storage Media for Electronic Data Processing but does not include Data insured under Section 10.
