Received by Grants.gov means the applicant received a confirmation of receipt and an application tracking number from Grants.gov. Grants.gov then assigns an application tracking number and date-and timestamp each application upon successful receipt by the Grants.gov system. A submission attempt not resulting in confirmation of receipt and an application tracking number is not considered received by Grants.gov.
Allowable emissions means the emission rate of a stationary source calculated using both the maximum rated capacity of the source, unless the source is subject to federally enforceable limits which restrict the operating rate or hours of operation, and the most stringent of the following:
Graduates Available for Employment means the number of graduates minus the number of graduates unavailable for employment.
Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.
Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;
Performance and Guarantee Tests , shall mean all operational checks and tests required to determine and demonstrate capacity, efficiency, and operating characteristics as specified in the Contract Documents.
Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.
Performance and Guarantee Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine and demonstrate capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics as specified in the Contract Documents.
Eligible patient means an individual who meets all of the following conditions:
University Grants Commission means the Commission established under section 4 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (Central Act 3 of 1956);
Graduates Unavailable for Employment means the graduates who, after graduation, die, become incarcerated, are called to active military duty, are international students that leave the United States or do not have a visa allowing employment in the United States, or are continuing their education in an accredited or bureau-approved postsecondary institution.
Remainder beneficiary means a person entitled to receive principal when an income interest ends.
Medicare eligible expenses means expenses of the kinds covered by Medicare Parts A and B, to the extent recognized as reasonable and medically necessary by Medicare.
