Vacation Use definition

Vacation Use. An employee's awarded vacation leave will be used by mutual agreement between the employee and the District but in no case may vacation credit earned in the year ending June 30 be carried over beyond the succeeding June 30.
Vacation Use. An employee's awarded vacation leave will be used by mutual agreement between the employee and the supervisor. A maximum of 80 hours of unused vacation leave may be carried forward into the subsequent fiscal year each July 1, beginning in 2020. Unused vacation leave in excess of 80 hours will be forfeited each June 30. Upon termination from District employment, non-probationary employees shall be paid for all earned but unused vacation leave as previously set forth.

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Severance Term means the six (6) month period following Employee’s termination by the Company without Just Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Employee for Good Reason; provided, that if such termination occurs within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, the Severance Term shall be the twelve (12) month period following such termination.

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.

  • Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.

  • Accrued Professional Compensation means, at any given moment, all accrued, contingent and/or unpaid fees and expenses (including, without limitation, success fees) for legal, financial advisory, accounting and other services and reimbursement of expenses that are awardable and allowable under section 328, 330(a) or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code and were rendered before the Effective Date by any Retained Professional in the Chapter 11 Cases, or that are awardable and allowable under section 503 of the Bankruptcy Code, that have not been denied by a Final Order, all to the extent that any such fees and expenses have not been previously paid (regardless of whether a fee application has been filed for any such amount). To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Retained Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Accrued Professional Compensation.

  • Holidays shall be deemed to mean and include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
