Vacation Unit definition

Vacation Unit means (i) an apartment, condominium or cooperative unit, townhouse unit, house, cabin, lodge, hotel or motel room, mobile home, recreational vehicle, houseboat, cabin of a ship, pleasure yacht or other private or commercial vessel, vehicle or structure designed and available for use and suitable for overnight lodging for one or more individuals or (ii) a campsite designed and suitable for providing overnight parking and utility services for a recreational vehicle.
Vacation Unit means a Residential Unit or a combination of Residential Units which create the following types of Units:

Examples of Vacation Unit in a sentence

  • No flammable, combustible, explosive, or otherwise dangerous fluid, chemical, or substance shall be kept in any Vacation Unit.

  • In addition, Fractional Time Share Owners and their guests will be responsible for all damages to the Vacation Unit, Common Elements, and their furnishings, or to other areas of the Property as a result of their actions.

  • Normal maid service is provided for each Vacation Unit prior to check-in.

  • If a reservation had been made for purposes of an exchange through a reciprocal exchange company, the exchange company will be notified of the delinquency and occupancy of the exchanged Vacation Unit may be denied.

  • A Vacation Owner may only reserve a Vacation Unit comparable to the Vacation Unit designated in the Vacation Owner’s Deed; however, a Vacation Owner may lock-off a portion of his Vacation Unit and request two or more separate Vacation Weeks.

  • Reservation for or occupancy of any Vacation Unit is subject to the prior payment by the Vacation Owner of all amounts due to the Association pursuant to the Declaration, the By-Laws, these Rules and Regulations.

  • However, an Owner of consecutive Fixed Vacation Weeks or an Owner who has reserved, in accordance with the provisions hereof, consecutive Floating Vacation Weeks, shall not be required to vacate his Vacation Unit during this time period.

  • Upon the sale of each Vacation Estate by the Developer, protection against any mechanic’s lien claims for work on the Vacation Unit before the sale will be provided to the Vacation Owner through title insurance.

  • If a reservation had been made for purposes of an exchange through the Club, the Club will be notified of the delinquency and occupancy of the exchanged Vacation Unit may be denied.

  • No reservation request will be accepted or confirmed in a Vacation Unit during any Floating Vacation Weeks which have been designated by the Board for maintenance of that Vacation Unit.

Related to Vacation Unit

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Vacation rental means the lease, sublease, or other rental of residential property for a period of fewer than ninety days, except that it does not include rental of residential property on a weekly or monthly basis pursuant to Chapter 40 of this title, the South Carolina Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • Weeks Pay' means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned:

  • Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.

  • converted employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance which is not income-related and to which a person is entitled as a result of a conversion decision within the meaning of the Employment and Support Allowance (Existing Awards) Regulations 2008;

  • Current Sick Leave means those days of sick leave for the current contract year, which leave is granted at the rate of one day of sick leave per month worked, or major part thereof.

  • Extended benefits means benefits, including benefits payable to federal civilian employees and to ex-servicemen under 5 U.S.C. Chapter 85, payable to an individual under the provisions of this section for weeks of unemployment in his eligibility period.

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.

  • Bonus Period means the period for which a Bonus is payable. Unless otherwise specified by the Board, the Bonus Period shall be the fiscal year of the Company.

  • Earnable compensation means the full rate of the

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • disability living allowance means a disability living allowance under section 71 of the SSCBA;

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.

  • Final compensation of a member means:

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • training allowance means an allowance (whether by way of periodical grants or otherwise) payable—

  • Bonus Compensation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).

  • Holidays shall be deemed to mean and include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

  • Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.

  • Compensation Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.12(c)(ii).

  • STIPULATED HOURS OF SERVICE PER DAY means hours of duty per day, normal hours/timings of duty whereof shall be determined by the Company's Engineer for which fixed charge shall be payable.
