  • The Member who has assigned all occupancy and use rights associated with the Member’s Ownership Interest and attributable to the Member's allotted Vacation Points used to reserve DVC Resort accommodations is not entitled to any rental or other compensation if reserved DVC Resort accommodations are rented or otherwise transferred for compensation by DVD.

More Definitions of Vacation Points

Vacation Points shall have the meaning specified in the Club Trust Agreement. Schedule I With respect to each Warehouse Timeshare Loan, as of the related Closing Date or Transfer Date, as applicable:

Related to Vacation Points

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Base Earnings means base salary and wages payable by the Company or a Participating Subsidiary to an Eligible Employee, prior to pre-tax deductions for contributions to qualified or non-qualified (under the Code) benefit plans or arrangements, and excluding bonuses, incentives and overtime pay but including commissions.

  • Annual Balanced Budget means that, in each Funding Year of the term of this Agreement, the total revenues of the HSP are greater than or equal to the total expenses, from all sources, of the HSP;

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.

  • Planned Balance With respect to any group of Planned Principal Classes or Components in the aggregate and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the Aggregate Planned Balance for such group and Distribution Date. With respect to any other Planned Principal Class or Component and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the applicable amount appearing opposite such Distribution Date for such Class or Component.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.
