Vacate Date definition

Vacate Date means the date of issuance of a Vacate Order. If more than one Vacate Order affects a building or dwelling unit, “Vacate Date” means the date of issuance of the first Vacate Order affecting such building or dwelling unit.
Vacate Date means the date on which the Employee vacates the Home, which date shall be within sixty (60) days of Acceptance. Upon Acceptance the Employee will notify Coldwell Banker in writing of the Vacate Date.
Vacate Date has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.2 hereof. “WARN Act” means the Workers’ Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act. Section 2.

  • If the Sublease is terminated pursuant to the provisions of this paragraph, then the Subtenant shall vacate by the date set forth in said Notice (the "Vacate Date") and if the Subtenant fails to vacate by the Vacate Date, then in addition to all other remedies, the Overtenant shall be entitled to recover all legal fees incurred in enforcing these terms, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs.
