Utility Systems definition

Utility Systems means gas, electricity, light, heat, power, telephone, water and other utilities and services used in the LMM Airport Facility Operations or supplied to the LMM Airport Facility during the Term.
Utility Systems means those facilities and areas as more specifically described in EXHIBIT “F” attached hereto and the use of which is governed by the terms of the Utilities Agreement.
Utility Systems means the Issuer’s combined Waterworks System, Sewer System and Natural Gas System.

More Definitions of Utility Systems

Utility Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
Utility Systems means any and all machinery, equipment, pipes, lines, conduits, wires, cables, chutes, ducts, vents, stacks, shafts, pumps, display and control panels, light fixtures, heating, air conditioning and ventilating equipment and other devices and systems (including all ancillary appliances and equipment and, without limitation, emergency generators), including, without limitation, gas, electricity, water, steam, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and drainage systems, air intake, air exhaust, ventilation, fire and emergency alarms, sprinklers and telephone, radio, television, cablevision, computer and other communication signals in any form whatsoever.
Utility Systems means (i) water fit for human consumption, sewage (including permits, fees and tap fees), gas, plumbing and general lighting, (ii) electrical service, sprinkler and fire safety, telephone and telecommunication and security facilities (but not including telephone or telecommunications equipment), (iii) piping (including drains and grease traps for sewage and all lines, drops and heads for sprinklers), ductwork, grease extraction ductwork, conduit, wiring (including all electrical panel boards and transformers), outlets and connections and mechanicals (as applicable), (iv) heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment and associated ductwork, fans and electrical components, (v) elevators and escalators, and (vi) all alcohol and non-alcohol beverage conduit and all chases and drains, and electrical lines related thereto.
Utility Systems means any water, sewage (including but not limited to all permits, fees and tap fees), gas, plumbing and general lighting, sprinkler and fire safety, telephone and telecommunication and security facilities, piping (including drains and grease traps for sewage), ductwork, conduit, fiber optic lines, wiring (including all electrical panel boards and transformers), outlets and connections and mechanicals (as applicable); and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, ductwork and electrical components and all applicable elevators and escalators. "Utility Services" shall mean the full and unimpeded use of the foregoing Utility Systems for their intended purpose. As used herein, water shall mean water fit for human consumption and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders.
Utility Systems means systems for any one or more general utilities, whether maintained privately or by the applicable utility company, including without limitation, wat er, sewer, electri city, gas, storm water, telephone, computer, cable t elevision, traffic signal or control devices, together with all necessary underground pipes, conduits, fittings, appurtenances and rel ated facilities.
Utility Systems means steam, air, water, wastewater, electric power generation, lighting and other utility systems of an End User.
Utility Systems means and include an electric generation and distribution system, water works and a wastewater treatment facility, sewer system and stormwater drainage systems.
