Utility Plant definition

Utility Plant means all property (including separate and distinct plants, systems and properties), and all permanent improvements, extensions, additions and betterments to or about the plants and properties of the Company which are a part of the Company’s electric utility system (including all generating and transmission plants and properties), and are properly chargeable under GAAP as additions to plant account including, without limiting the scope of the foregoing, property of the character described in the preceding provisions of this definition in process of construction or erection, so far as actually constructed or erected.
Utility Plant means that portion of the System's assets that is used and useful for the operations of the water system, including without limitation, plant in service, construction work in progress, materials, supplies and other items included in utility plant under applicable Law, and excluding CIAC, plant leased to others and, unless expressly allowed by the IURC as utility plant under applicable Law, plant held for future use, and net of accumulated depreciation and amortization.
Utility Plant means the utility plant that is installed from time to time in the Units Component or the Building to provide for the generation, supply, control or metering of the Utility Services;

Utility Plant means any facility used for or in connection with the generation, production, transmission or distribution of electricity; the production, manufacture, storage or distribution of gas; the transportation or conveyance of gas, oil or other fluid substance by pipeline; or the diverting, developing, pumping, impounding, distributing or furnishing of water."
Utility Plant means any and all utility poles owned in whole or in part by Licensor or others, and the area thereon that Licensor has the right to assign.
