Utility Lines definition

Utility Lines means pipes, cables or other linear conveyance systems used to transport power, water, gas, oil, wastewater or similar items. Utility lines include outfalls and intakes.
Utility Lines means all Common Utility Lines, Separate Utility Lines and Utility Company Utility Lines.
Utility Lines means a pipe, conduit, cable, or other similar facility by which services are conveyed to the public or individual recipients. Such services shall include, but are not limited to, water supply, electrical power, gas, communications, and stormwater or sanitary sewer transport facilities.

More Definitions of Utility Lines

Utility Lines or “Utilities" shall mean all water, sewer, and under-drain pipelines which lie beneath the surface of the ground and also all electric, telephone, gas and other wire lines, with poles and other necessary appurtenances which run above or below the surface of the ground.
Utility Lines means those facilities and systems, whether now existing or hereafter installed, for transmission of utility services, including, but not limited to, water drainage and storage systems and structures; fire protection, irrigation and domestic water mains; sanitary and storm sewer lines; telephone lines and communication lines; electrical conduits or systems, gas mains and other public or private utilities or underground utility systems.
Utility Lines means all utility equipment, pipes, conduit, ducts, cables, controls, sensors, instruments, meters, and infrastructure located at the Property necessary or useful to provide service to the Property and Premises.
Utility Lines means the lines installed by the suppliers of the Utilities including, without limitation, potable water lines, electric lines, gas lines, cable television lines, telephone liens and sanitary sewer lines.
Utility Lines means, collectively, the Common Utility Lines and Private Utility Lines which are defined as follows:
Utility Lines means an electric, cable, fiber optic line, water line, sanitary sewer line, pipeline or other type of conduit used to transport or transmit electricity, gases, liquids, and telecommunications lines.
Utility Lines means the underground electric and telephone transmission lines (but only to the extent the Board elects to install telephone transmission lines) to be installed by the Association to the property line of each Parcel which does not currently have access to such lines, but does not include transmission lines from the boundary line of each Parcel to the building site on that Parcel (which transmission lines shall be installed by each Owner at such Owner’s cost).
