Utility Improvements definition

Utility Improvements means all infrastructure, public developments including but not limited to water, wastewater drainage system, and sanitary sewer utilities for the Project. Effective Date means the date of mutual execution by all necessary parties on this Agreement.
Utility Improvements or “Improvements” mean the facilities to be constructed by Utility Developer pursuant to this Contract. These are, generally, the Basin 25 Regional Pump Station, a force main, various gravity sewer outfalls and water mains. More specifically, the Improvements consist of:  A Pump Station with a capacity of up to 2,200 GPM (“PS”) serving Drainage Basin 25 and associated equipment to be located in the vicinity of US 70 and , the exact location to be agreed to by the parties;  Approximately 21,000 LF of 16” diameter force main and/or gravity main from the PS to the existing Brightleaf Pump Station, within the Brightleaf subdivision;  Approximately 7,400 LF of 10”-18” gravity outfalls in DA-25 connecting to;  Approximately 13,000 LF of 12” water main connecting the XX Xxxxxxxxx/Hwy 70 intersection with the Leesville Road/Doc Xxxxxxx Road Intersection. Minor modifications, and additions, such as minor outfalls, may be added to the Utility Improvements through written agreement of Utility Developer and the City Authorized Designee as further described hereafter.
Utility Improvements means that portion of the necessary storm sewer, water sanitary sewer, and/or reuse facilities necessary to serve the Property, including but not limited to, any and all storm sewer pipes, catch basins, water mains, valves, fitting, fire hydrants, fire lines, service connections, service lines, shutoffs, meter boxes, sewage pumping stations, force mains, gravity sewer mains, laterals, manholes, wastewater reuse lines, services and all appurtenances and easements thereto necessary for complete water, sanitary sewer, and/or reuse system.

Examples of Utility Improvements in a sentence

  • The Developer shall be responsible for obtaining, as part of the cost of the Infrastructure Improvements, all construction permits for the Utility Improvements.

  • TSVI will not be charged such new fees until it is fully reimbursed for its contributions toward the Offsite Utility Improvements.

  • TSVI will be obligated to pay all applicable Franchise Fees once it is fully reimbursed for its contributions toward the Offsite Utility Improvements.

  • In consideration of the financing by TSVI of the construction of portions of the Offsite Utility Improvements, TSVI shall not be obligated to pay new franchise fees or hook-up fees which are not currently imposed by the Village as of the Effective Date but which may in the future be imposed upon natural gas, electric and telecommunication (fiber optic) customers by the Village in connection with the provision of such utility services.

  • In lieu of paying such fees, TSVI's outstanding reimbursable balance for contributions toward Offsite Utility Improvements shall be reduced by an amount equal to the Franchise Fees at the time charged.


More Definitions of Utility Improvements

Utility Improvements means all infrastructure, public developments as defined and set out in the City of Angleton Code of Ordinances including but not limited to water, wastewater drainage system, and sanitary sewer utilities for the Development.
Utility Improvements means the private or public electrical, telephone, cable and other utility improvements which may be constructed within the Easement Areas.
Utility Improvements or “improvements” means City-owned water, sewer, and stormwater improvements and facilities, including but not limited to mains, valves, manholes, catch basins, pumping stations, hydrants, reservoirs, ponds, and appurtenances.
Utility Improvements means improvements to qualifying real property for any of the following purposes:
Utility Improvements means the Natural Gas Facilities and Fiber Optics Facilities, collectively.
Utility Improvements means the extension of the 12-inch water line and the 12-inch sanitary sewer line from their current termini at approximately the southwest corner of the Property, along and within the boundaries of the Road Improvements (and/or any adjacent utility easement or other real property owned by Sellers, or one of them) and to the point on the west Property line designated as “utility hookup point,” all as depicted on the Site Plan.
Utility Improvements means those water, drainage, flood control, sewer facilities identified as such in this Agreement.
