Utility Fees definition

Utility Fees means the monthly service charges based upon the ERU rate applied to property owners or occupants, including condominium unit owners or tenants (when the tenant or occupant is the party to whom water and sewer service is billed), of Developed Property, all as more fully described in § 15-204.[Ed. Note: The enacted version of this ordinance refers to “Chapter 1,” rather than merely “Chapter” in the opening clause.]§ 15-203. Establishment of stormwater management utility.(a) The Stormwater Management Utility is established to provide for the general welfare, health, and safety of the Town and its residents.(b) The Utility may engage in Authorized Utility Activities.(c) All Revenues collected by the Utility shall be held in a separate ledger account.(d) Revenues may only be used for Authorized Utility Activities. § 15-204. Imposition of utility fees.Adequate Revenues shall be generated to provide for a balanced operating and capital improvement budget of the Stormwater Management System by setting sufficient Utility Fees. Income from Utility Fees shall not exceed actual costs incurred in providing Authorized Utility Activities. Utility Fees shall be charged to owners of all Developed Property in the Town.(a) For purposes of determining the Utility Fee, all parcels in the Town are classified into one of the following:
Utility Fees means fees and charges set out in Annexure D, subject to site allocation, occupancy and hire requirements, or otherwise as notified by OEM to the Stallholder from time to time.
Utility Fees means the sum of the payments respecting a manufactured home park made by the landlord for the supply of electricity, natural gas, water, telephone services or coaxial cable services provided by the following:

More Definitions of Utility Fees

Utility Fees means the user fees based upon the ERU rate applied to property owners of developed residential property and developed nonresidential property, all as more fully described in this article. The minimum utility fee is one (1) ERU multiplied by the ERU rate. Sec. 14A-40. Establishment of stormwater management utility. (a) Pursuant to the statutory authority granted to localities in §15.2-2114 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, to provide for the general health, welfare and safety of the County and its residents, there is hereby established a stormwater utility, which shall be the operational means of implementing and otherwise carrying out the functional requirements of the stormwater management system. The Board of Supervisors of Isle of Wight County herebydesignates the Director of General Services or an authorized designee as the Administrator of the stormwater management utility fee. The general purposes of the utility include administration, management, operation and maintenance of the County’s stormwater infrastructure; studies and programs; regulation of drainage; and financing of existing and future repairs, replacements, improvements and extensions of the stormwater infrastructure.(b) The stormwater management utility shall be administered and operated under the direction of the County's Director, who shall organize, direct and manage the utility in accordance with this article and other appropriate legal requirements.(c) The utility shall deposit in a separate ledger account all revenues collected pursuant to this article. The funds deposited shall be used exclusively for the operation, maintenance and capital costs related to the stormwater management system. Operation, maintenance and capital costs related to the system shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Utility Fees. All utilities fees (e.g. water, electricity, gas, heating, telecommunications, sanitary and other energy related fees) shall be borne by the Tenant Transfer and termination of tenancy : The Tenant shall not transfer the tenancy or sub-let the Properties without the Landlord’s prior written approval. Upon the Tenant serving a one month’s prior written notice to the Landlord, and subject to the Landlord’s acceptance, the tenancy may be terminated before the end of the term of the tenancy.
Utility Fees means metered utilities i.e. natural gas and any other utility billed separately under this agreement. GRANT OF LEASE The Landlord leases the Premises to the Tenant: at the Rent set forth in Section 3; for the Term set forth in Section 4; subject to the conditions and in accordance with the covenants, obligations and agreements herein; to operate a bistro, restaurant or food service operation at the Leased Premises (see Schedule “A”), which may or may not include a licenced bar; for the sale of hot and cold beverages, snack foods, prepared foods, meals and confectionery items only; and for the Tenant, his/her servants and agents, to enter and leave the facilities of the Landlord for the purpose of obtaining access to the Leased Premises at all reasonable times, subject to the Landlord’s reasonable regulations and security precautions.

  • Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g. telephone, cable, and internet services).

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Unused Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Tax Expenses means all federal, state, county, or local governmental or municipal taxes, fees, charges or other impositions of every kind and nature, whether general, special, ordinary or extraordinary, (including, without limitation, real estate taxes, general and special assessments, transit taxes, leasehold taxes or taxes based upon the receipt of rent, including gross receipts or sales taxes applicable to the receipt of rent, unless required to be paid by Tenant, personal property taxes imposed upon the fixtures, machinery, equipment, apparatus, systems and equipment, appurtenances, furniture and other personal property used in connection with the Project, or any portion thereof), which shall be paid or accrued during any Expense Year (without regard to any different fiscal year used by such governmental or municipal authority) because of or in connection with the ownership, leasing and operation of the Project, or any portion thereof.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.

  • Utility line means any item of public or private property which is buried or placed below ground

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of this Note, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Audit fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the fiscal years listed for professional services rendered by our principal auditors for the audit of our annual financial statements.

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Special Reimbursement Date means, the special payment date established in connection with a Reimbursement under Special Circumstances as described hereunder “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.
