Examples of Utility Deposits in a sentence
The Tenant shall upon execution of this Agreement and prior to the occupation of the Said Premises pay the Landlord the water and electricity deposits stipulated in Section 8 of the Schedule hereto (collectively as the Utility Deposits).
Seller shall retain the right to obtain a refund of any Utility Deposits which are not required to be assigned to Purchaser, and Purchaser will cooperate with Seller as reasonably requested in obtaining any refund.
