Utilities definition

Utilities means water, sewer, gas, electric, telecom, cable, and like services.
Utilities means electricity, gas, water, foul water and surface drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, smoke and fumes, signals, telecommunications, satellite and data communications and all other utilities;
Utilities means public sanitary and storm sewers, natural gas, telephone, public water facilities, electrical facilities and all other utility facilities and services necessary for the operation and occupancy of the Property as a hotel.

  • However, regardless of the arrangements made with the Utility Owners and except as otherwise provided in Article 13, Developer shall continue to be the responsible party to TxDOT for timely performance of all Utility Adjustment Work so that upon completion of the Work, all Utilities that might impact the Facility or be impacted by it (whether located within or outside the Facility Right of Way) are compatible with the Facility.
