UTCC Regulations definition

UTCC Regulations means the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
UTCC Regulations means the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) Regulations 1995 and 2000, the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2014;
